apparently,
the remedy that my brain seems to have devised for everything wrong with me is to listen to and sing along to ’A Whole New World’ on repeat for several hours.
I can’t say I have a clue where it came from, but I think it might be working.

SHINING, SHIMMERING, SPLEEEENDID
It’s suprisingly therapeutic.
